company background

lululemon’s purpose - we elevate human potential by helping people feel their best - is as dynamic as the company’s history and current momentum.

From our roots in Vancouver, Canada, lululemon continues to see growth across the globe and through new channels to serve guests worldwide. Today, lululemon is a publicly traded (LULU) $10.6B global business with 39,000 employees and over 796+ company-operated stores across four continents and 23 markets.

lululemon’s products include performance apparel for men and women (pants, shorts, tops, jackets) for yoga, running, training, and most other activities, lifestyle products for men and women for everyday wear (RTW tops, bottoms, outwear, knits and wovens), accessories (bags, socks, underwear, yoga mats/equipment, water bottles), and most recently, footwear. Our unique Made to Feel design philosophy and obsession with raw materials remains our biggest differentiator.

The power of our brand continues to translate to growth across regions. In Q3 2025, we achieved a 7% increase in total revenue, reaching $2.6B for the quarter. Net revenue in international markets increased 33%, fueled by 46% growth in China Mainland, while North America declined 2% in comparable sales. We continue to see strong performance in APAC and EMEA, and our opportunity to increase brand awareness remains significant.

We are actively evolving our product playbook to better meet guest expectations, especially in casual and lounge categories, and will continue to grow and optimize our store base both within the Americas and in new markets around the world. We are continuing to make progress against our action plan and expect to see the impact of this work in 2026.

Our Impact

Impact is an essential part of our culture and underpins our business strategy. Guided by our Impact Agenda, we approach this work holistically through three pillars that address the interconnection of our products, people, the communities we serve, and our planet.

Be Human / We are taking thoughtful steps towards a more equitable and inclusive future. We are committed to reflecting the diversity of communities we serve and operate in through our IDEA work, investing in our people with full pay equity, holistic benefit offerings, and leadership development, as well as supporting and empowering the makers across the supply chain.

Be Well / As a global company committed to helping people feel their best, we are leveraging our business, expertise, resources, and communities to invest in and advocate for the wellbeing of those most impacted by systemic inequity around the world. Earlier this year, we achieved a new milestone of providing access to wellbeing tools and resources to more than 10 million people by 2025 through the lululemon Centre for Social Impact.

Be Planet / To create a healthier planet, we are innovating to create more sustainable materials and working to advance a circular ecosystem. Across our value chain, we are also reducing our carbon, waste, and water footprint, and improving chemicals management through science-based targets.
