about this team

The Digital Product Management team is a key part of the overall China E-commerce team. This team will work to create a uniquely lululemon, truly differentiated and elevated online guest experience in China, working closely with partners in Technology, Ecommerce Operation, Marketing and Retail Ops to support long term online and omni-channel business growth.


core responsibilities

  • Responsible for understanding how your specific product align with the overall business / company strategy, what guest / business problems need to be solved and what inputs are required
  • Responsible for creating and / or consolidating and owning the product vision, strategy and a 12 - 24 month roadmap for complex products and sub-products and/or multiple mid to large scale products
  • Document high-level requirements, acceptance criteria and KPI’s that push the product strategy forward and achieve key objectives
  • Leads prioritization & sequencing sessions with little support based on their scope & defines prioritization frameworks for online own channel, omnichannel and emerging digital products
  • Make data-informed decisions based on a sound understanding of organizational priorities, customer feedback, analytics, benchmarks, industry reporting and emerging trends
  • Measure and report out on the success of features and enhancements that are delivered for online own channel, omnichannel and emerging digital products
  • Manage both internal and external partnerships on programs from concept-to-delivery to ensure that products and roadmap priorities meet customer expectations and needs
  • Monitor & identify customer/stakeholder needs staying current on industry standards and trends and respond by adjusting user experience and product roadmaps
  • Identifies the impact of change and creates change management materials to support impacted stakeholder groups.
  • Inputs into communications approach on roadmap & planning materials. Supports with creation of documentation of materials where needed.


qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of digital product management experience with an emphasis on delivering guest-facing applications or customer service applications.
  • Extensive experience working on digital products with familiarity of China digital landscape, especially wechat ecosystem
  • Collaboration across multiple disciplines (engineering to brand)
  • Proven track record of delivering and deploying large and complex products in an agile environment
  • Experience with digital technologies, media, e-commerce, payments, or mobile applications
  • Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentations
  • Ability to drive results independently, but thrives in collaborative environments
  • Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting and acting on productive feedback
  • Demonstrated leadership; mentorship, visionary, clarity of purpose, motivated, relentless execution
  • Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university (advanced degree preferred)
