About this team
The Retail Operations team is comprised of people that know a little bit about everything and a lot about most things within lululemon. Retail operations is an extension of our store teams and the team is responsible for supporting daily store operations, SSC to store communication and global programs. In partnership with other store and SSC leaders, Retail operations works on new initiatives that elevate and support the demands of running a store.
• Responsible for day-to-day store communications (via Zipline) to ensure messages are delivered to our retail employees clearly and efficiently in a timely manner
• Facilitate two-way communications between the SSC and stores to follow up with action executions and seek feedback
• Create and produce compelling communication materials in a variety of formats including and not limited to newsletters, posters, videos, etc. that align with our company direction, culture and core values.
• Oversee retail calendar and make proper arrangements of routine call requests to serve the business needs of retail team
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners/ content owners to continually drive development of youlu content and usability with sound governance process
• Support and coordinate in large-scale internal events (i.e. retail summit, gatherings), from event planning to on-site execution
• Provide other ad. hoc administrative support to any initiatives or activations as necessary
Qualifications:
• Communication is the key. You are great at words and write in a way that makes the complex simple and makes the tedious fun.
• Excellent written and oral communications skill in both Mandarin and English
• Strong inter-personal skill and passionate in communications
• Attention to detail and well versed in site configuration, analytics, site structure, and back-end admin
• Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while operating under tight time constraints
• Proficient in Windows based software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and photo/ video editing skill will be a plus
• Motivated self-starter with highly collaborative attitude
• University graduates preferably in communications, business administration or other related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in communications, retail, administrative or other related field
