A day in the life:
Based in the China Store Support Centre in Shanghai, and reporting to China Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative works and legal operation matters, with extensive exposure to business partners from either SSC or stores.
Your Key Responsonbilites:
Stamps Management & Chopping (Offline + Online):
Managing and filing all entities physical stamps.
Offline chopping service as a rountine, fulfilling all offline chop requests, maintaining basic data/access in China Legal Hub by acting as major "Legal Ops" role thereof, and co-work with project team on system optimization.
Online chopping service as a rountine, fulfilling all e-chop requests and act as Bestsign lululemon_Commercial administrator.
Contracts Filing (Hard copy + E-copy):
Collecting and Filing hard copies of contracts signed in wet ink, according to contract filing policy of the company.
Utilizing E-signing platform to ensure the proper filing of stamped e-copy of contract.
Calendar Maintenance & Meeting Assistance:
Maintain all team meeting/appointment calendar and the daily calendar of Legal Director.
Collect and prepare agenda, host team meeting and wrap up with meeting minutes accordingly.
Assisit with meeting material preparation for Lgeal Director (legal review, quarterly business review, quarterly litigation report, etc.)
Activity Orgnization:
Propose, organize and execute team activies and celebrations, to help practice lululemon cultures and build inclusive, diverse and people caring team atmosphere.
Legal News Letter, Legal Asset Management:
Collect and consolidate legal newsletter or other legal summaries, support legal team in setup and maintenance of legal knowledge hub and legal assest of China.
Team database maintenance:
Maintain and update team orientation deck, team chart, training plan, group channel etc.
Manage and renew database, member account, etc. of legal team's tools/resources.
Any ad-hoc admin tasks assigned by China legal team from time to time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, English background is a plus while legal background is NOT required.
1-3 years work experience with relevant experience.
Strong intention for admin works.
Must haves:
Open minded, good interpersonal/communication skills.
Enjoy people connection as way of working.
Fluent English and Mandarin written and oral skills required.
Excellent skill in PPT, excel or technicial background would be a plus.
Good team player and self-motivated.
Ability to learn quickly.
Work ethics and integrity.
Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results, even from minimals.
Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.
