About The Department
The brand management team is the core of Brand & Marketing team.
The function’s mandate is to
1) Commit to brand awareness and community expansion: build and maintain brand awareness thru comprehensive illustration of brand core value and product superiority, landing it into campaigns,
activations, and community connections. Especially the unaided awareness across the market and
guest connection thru community in strategic key cities.
2) Pave the way of brand & intergrated marketing success with collabrative efforts from cross
functions: by driving campaign overall planing & excution cadence, identifying the painpoints and
gaps/oppoortunities along the way, and commiting to campaign successful launch with identified
brand KPI.
3) Reinforce brand foundation with solid and streamlined process & playbook.
About The Role
Together with brand management Sr. manager, this role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of lululemon’s China always-on campaign GTM end to end; committing to maintain
brand awareness for our key franchise & product tyle at all critical consumer facing moments especially for potential new guests, supporting to drive the baseline business with product marketing presents as always.
This role will oversee always-on campaign end to end GTM process, and collaborate closely with cross
functions, including creative, product, media, DBE, RBE, EC, CRM, B&C , retail etc. This role will be the core
brigade of product & marketing, to provide a critical angle of empowering “lead through product”
strategy from band and marketing POV. This role is the gate keeper for essential always-on consumer
journey end to end, and need to be the expert both marketing, and product to conduct and seamless
journey cross all digital touch points (cross full product categories, all digital point of sales and social
medias)
Key Responsibilities:
• Always-on campaign end to end owner: from planning to production and GTM. Drive the overall
campaign cadence and project operation daily, be responsible to key gates’ deliverables and final
campaign launch & result.
• Always-on product cadence synergy (marketing lower funnel): make sure always-on campaign
cadence always aligned and synergized with product launch and key focus through the year; co-
commit to digital media lower funnel marketing KPI which associate to business departments
• Annual Product marketing strategy: plan & execute product marketing strategy, make sure our
key franchise/product type been seen and called out thru the year to fill full biz gap among
campaigns; ensure the product marketing strategy effectively act as a key driver for entrance
level gusts recruitment, supporting the on-ground community extension for top-of-mind building.
• Consumer journey gate keeper: be responsible for seamless consumer journey for all related
brand touch points (cross channels, platforms, and categories) with consistent tone and manner,
clear target segment and efficient communication approach.
• Assets efficiency & lifecycle: make sure we have sufficient assets that: 1) minimum yielded lost
for production; 2) maximum efficiency for media promotion in launch. Be responsible to maintain
assets lifecycle & usage right and channel application guideline
Responsible daily:
• Responsible for the launch and go-to-market the marketing campaign(s) and roll-out in China
• Be the in-market expert and work cross-functionally with all internal stakeholders to deliver on a
comprehensive launch strategy
• Formulate an integrated plan with clear roadmap to deliver on winning over our current guests as
our primary target audience and lay the foundation needed to scale over time
• Project manage specific marketing campaigns and initiatives from developing and managing
project timeline, strategy formation, project status tracking, to budget management
• Partner with global brand team to bring global concept live and successful in China
Who you will be working with:
• Working closely with Sr. manager Brand Management, you are responsible for China always-on
campaign pillar
• You will be closely work with product team to align on product launch cadence, product range
architecture and business focus
• You will work with media team to align on media lower funnel campaign/product/assets focus to drive
business
• You will work with digital brand experience and retail experience team to conduct a comprehensive
and immersive consumer journey, leveraging our marketing tools
• You will work with creative time for assets creation brief, production, launch, as well as post mapping
of assets efficiency
• Other key stakeholders: Social, Events, Regional brand & community, CRM, EC and Retail etc, lead all
functional team with campaign base on efficient communication cadence and drive progress of
campaign/ initiative
Education and Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• 7-9 year of dynamic experience and deep knowledge in integrated marketing brand strategy
• Track records of strategic planning, managing and executing for brand campaigns and projects
• Solid experience of projects management, functional as PMO, able to be active as individual influencer
to collaborate and impact other functions.
• Good understanding and knowledge of product and merchandising architecture, know-how of driving
business
• Strong ability to work independently, under pressure, juggling multiple competing priorities and meet
tight deadlines.
• Effectively bilingual in both English and Mandarin.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business related field.
