about this team

Guest development team takes full responsibility to guest data analytics & guest communications.  We are seeking an experienced Guest Insights Analytics Manager to build and lead our guest analytics, develop and optimize analytical framework, generate profound guest insight.  The ideal candidate is a natural communicator who can translate complex data into compelling business narratives, serve as the data analytical hub for CRM/Guest Development team.

core responsibilities

  • Guest Data analytics:
    • Manage and respond to daily ad-hoc data requests, translate guest insight requests into data brief, briefing SQL agency and Data tech team to execute, ensure accurate high-quality deliverables, with clear timeline and efficiency. 
    • Leverage analytics to uncover guest behavior, predict growth forecast, and identify growth opportunities. Use these insights to optimize segmentation, membership program, and retention strategies. 
    • Build and continuously optimize CRM analytics, including guest lifecycle tracking, segmentation performance, guest dashboards, and campaign measurement standards, etc.
    • Continuously improve data process, reporting efficiency, and analytical methodologies.
  • Guest Insights storytelling & Reporting:
    • Translate guest data and campaign results into clear, persuasive narratives. Deliver story-telling reports that highlight guest insights, performance and strategic recommendations. 
    • Serve as the data analytical hub for CRM/Guest Development team. Proactively identify guest development growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Digital, Retail) to ensure data-driven insights are effectively translated into business actions.

qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with major in quantitative degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science) is preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in CRM, customer analytics, or data insights roles, Retail industry is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with deep expertise in CRM analytics frameworks, forecast, and presentation reporting structures from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated strength in data insights interpretation, cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to align, and mobilize diverse stakeholders. 
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and proactive working attitude
