About this team
This role is part of the Cybersecurity team in China lululemon, and dedicate to support and enable business growth while manage possible risk in Cybersecurity

Core responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and mentor a team of security engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute the security engineering roadmap aligned with enterprise security strategy and business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and business units to integrate security into infrastructure, applications, and operations.

Vulnerability Management
- Own and lead the enterprise vulnerability management program, including scanning, prioritization, remediation tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and DevOps teams to ensure timely remediation of vulnerabilities.
- Provide executive-level reporting on vulnerability trends, risk posture, and remediation progress.
- Integrate threat intelligence and asset criticality to prioritize vulnerabilities based on business risk.

Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM)
- Continuously assess and improve the organization’s cloud security posture across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments.
- Implement and manage CSPM tools and processes (e.g., Wiz, Prisma Cloud, Microsoft Defender CSPM).
- Develop and maintain cloud security metrics and dashboards to track posture improvements and risk reduction.
- Collaborate with cloud engineering and DevOps teams to remediate posture gaps and align with cloud security best practices and frameworks.

Solution Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the full lifecycle of security solutions—from evaluation and procurement to deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Ensure security tools and platforms are effectively integrated, optimized, and aligned with business and compliance needs.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and best practices.
- Champion automation and orchestration to improve security efficiency and scalability.
- Promote security awareness and training across engineering teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor or master degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing environments is highly desirable.
