A day in the life:

Based in the Shanghai Store Support Center (SSC) and reporting to the Director of Asset Protection and Safety, China, the Asset Protection Specialist, Operations is essential to building a secure foundation for our growing business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute New Store Openings & Projects: Support the AP operational readiness for all new store openings and special projects in China. Execute the installation and configuration of AP equipment, and ensure all security and loss prevention standards are correctly implemented according to plan.


  • Deliver Engaging Training: Facilitate and deliver core Asset Protection training programs to store teams, empowering educators and leaders with the practical knowledge to manage daily risk and reduce loss.


  • Support Program Rollouts & Maintenance: Actively support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of standardized AP programs, procedures, and technology systems in stores. Assist with store audits and provide hands-on guidance to ensure consistency and effectiveness.


  • Provide Cross-Functional Support: Partner closely with Construction, Store Operations, and Visual Merchandising teams to provide AP support during project phases. Serve as a key point of contact for the field, collecting feedback and escalating issues to ensure operational plans are executed smoothly.


  • Uphold Daily Operational Standards: Support stores in the consistent application of daily AP and safety routines, acting as a reliable resource for troubleshooting and reinforcing best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education

  • 1-3 years of professional experience; background in retail operations, customer service, security or a related support function

  • Highly organized, detail orientated and reliable with the ability to manage multiple projects

  • You are a collaborative team player who builds strong relationships and excels at providing cross-functional support to achieve shared goals.

  • You are fluent in English and Mandarin, with the agility to support multiple projects and stores in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
