Visual merchandising plays a crucial role in enhancing the retail environment and creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are honored to be part of China’s Brand Marketing Team, working collaboratively with both local and global partners. core responsibilities

Regional VM Support & Training:

·       Deliver professional visual merchandising guidance and training for all new store openings and renovations in the Southeast region (Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang).

Pre-Opening & In-Store Execution:

  • Lead essential pre-opening training for retail partners and store staff, managing enrollment and follow-up.
  • Conduct weekly on-site visits (minimum 2 shifts) to assess product presentation, identify training needs, and provide hands-on VM support.

Program Management & Planning:

  • Collaborate with the Lead Visual Merchandiser to manage and enhance the Visual Merchandising Support for Opening Stores (VMSOS) program.
  • Assist in designing optimal store layouts and merchandise maps, optimizing material orders, and providing insights for effective plan execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with the Opening & Optimization team to ensure clear communication on VMSOS and align budgets with business objectives.
  • Work with Inventory, Marketing, and Retail teams to develop store layouts that support campaigns and promotions, ensuring a consistent brand experience.

Communication & Performance:

  • Act as the liaison between SSC partners and the retail team, facilitating timely feedback and support to address store needs.
  • Monitor project timelines and communication plans to ensure successful implementation.
  • Proactively seek feedback and foster collaboration to help improve overall sales performance.

qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or Visual Communications. 
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in visual merchandising or a retail environment. 
  • A well-developed aesthetic sensibility and a strong awareness of current styles and trends. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both interpersonal and written, with fluency in English and Chinese. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, adopting a proactive mindset. Strong decision-making skills reflective of an entrepreneurial approach, with a dedication to consistently meeting and exceeding objectives and embracing additional responsibilities. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, with familiarity in Adobe software considered an advantage. 
  • Willingness to travel domestically, as well as to engage actively on the retail floor.
