The Operation Manager is a creative and innovative team leader who delivers best-in-
industry initiatives to support our Brand Creative team. As a key member of lululemon’s
Brand & Community team, the Operation Manager, brings cross-functional partners
together and leads operations for Brand Creative team.
Reporting directly to the Operation Director, this role works in partnership with brand
marketing, product, and the vendors.

Our ideal candidate is an active and lively individual who is self-motivated and
entrepreneurial in nature, a big picture thinker with meticulous attention to detail. This
role requires an impressive balance of organization, collaboration, and approachability,
with a track record of successful photo/video project delivery – on time and on budget.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
? Lead cross-functional teams in the operational execution of global asset
adaptation and regional campaign and marketing initiatives for Brand Creative
Team.
• Own and manage multi-workstream timelines through the project lifecycle; hold
all partners accountable to deliverables and by-whens.
? Work closely with and cross function teams under marketing department to
understand their vision and support in bringing it to life from brief to delivery.
• Partner closely with our vendor teams to ensure projects are resourced and
executed successfully, pre-to-post production.
? Out-sourcing ability: to discover collective artists, production venders and
partners to support Brand Creative team on talent resources.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• BA or BS degree in Arts, Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field.
? 4-7 years of relevant global brand/marketing experience; an understanding of
how creative assets fit into integrated media plans.
• 3-6 years of on-set photo/video production experience.
• Experience with Smartsheet and/or other project management tools.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary marketing, creative teams, and diverse
business
stakeholders.
• Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of
changing
deliverables & timelines.
• Ability of multitasks working.
