About this team

Responsible for attracting great people to lululemon, the Talent Acquisition team seeks out people in the world that add to lululemon in values and culture. As a strategic partner to the business, the Talent Acquisition team finds both internal and external talent to foster to the growth of our organization.

A day in the life

  • This Talent Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, China.
  • An innate connector who loves to build pipeline talent – build deep networks of diverse talent across industries and geographies 
  • Committed to creating the best possible candidate experience 
  • Identify future talent needs in partnership with our People & Culture Business Partners and business leaders to develop forward-looking workforce plans that meet current and future business needs
  • Foster a culture of law of attraction, embracing referrals 
  • Design and execute creative (uniquely lululemon), multi-channel opportunities for sourcing passive and active candidates 
  • Be a part of living into and creating the online + offline employer brand story 
  • Be a support to the programs and work of the mobility team 
  • User of global technology tools related to applicant tracking, candidate database and recruitment tools 
  • Design and develop the foundational components of the global candidate experience with in-market adaption 
  • Innovative, creative, out of the box developer and designer of recruitment strategies 
  • Coach leaders on best practices for attracting and hiring world class talent 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years in the work of recruitment 
  • Expert in broad TA domain including outstanding in hiring fulfillment and lead/participate in different TA projects
  • Previous partnership with both local and global senior stakeholders is preferred
  • Solid in-house TA experience is a must. Working experience in renowned executive search firms is a plus
  • Proven track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods. Strong in direct sourcing and talent mapping
  • Insightful with strong consultation, influencing and negotiation skill to build the strong partnership with senior leaders as well as senior level candidates
  • Strong commitment to working in a fast pace and matrix organization
  • Leads through lululemon’s core values of personal responsibility, inclusion, connection, courage and fun
