The Social Editorial Team is responsible for the best expression of the lululemon brand across the digital
universe with an emphasis across Campaign & Editorial content, Social operation and KOLs cooperation.

The role will be based at lululemon’s China HQ in Shanghai, dedicated to the long-term development and
growth of lululemon in China.

The Social Editorial Team works on capturing the most insightful and impactful stories for the brand.
Working in close collaboration with the Creative and Digital teams, the Social Editorial Team is a highly
nimble and creative force that is able to identify the best creative opportunities across our communities
and products and weave together the most riveting content formats that tell the best stories. The
contents created by the team are delivered across all of our social media platforms across
Red/WeChat/Weibo/Douyin amongst many others.
The Social Content Manager for Douyin and Integrated MKT Campaigns is a dedicated role in serving as
the brand guardian to ensure excellence content-wise and strategy-wise when planning our newly
opened Douyin Social Commerce Store, as well as when rolling out lululemon’s brand campaigns
throughout China’s most important social channels.
? Plan and oversee how lululemon’s important campaign moments are communicated in the
digital/social universe of lululemon including content planning of the brand’s official accounts and
influencers cooperation.
? Great understanding of social media, particularly on Douyin; Responsible for creating official account
and influencer strategies for lululemon’s Douyin operation, overseeing the daily operation,
establishing project and budget management metrics and managing the performance evaluation
system.
? Be able to plan, create and oversee content-driven campaigns initiated from Douyin and leverage
resources from both the platform and internal cross-functional team to maximize the results and
achievement.
? Work with the EC team on building a content calendar of cadence pegged against relevant content
drops.
? Collaborate with the DP partner and creative team on developing content fit for platform, effective
and impactful content that drives OAPI on the Douyin platform
? Expert in digital creator space with knowledge and experience leveraging tools + data that help
identify and activate creators
? Responsible for data analysis, building reports and using data and insights to inform learnings and
strategic recommendations
Qualifications
? 5+ years of experience in the Fashion vertical, social media, start-up environment or tech company
familiar with short video/ graphic strategy operations development with an exposure to EC
operations
? Good logical thinking and communication skills, sensitive to data, and good data analysis skills
? Strong Subjective initiative and self-driving force, able to proactively discover and solve problems.
? Passionate for digital content and sensitive to digital marketing and social trends.
? Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
? Multi-tasking and able to work under tight deadlines.
? Familiar with and have experience in fashion or sports industry a plus
