Guest Communication Specialist

Social Operations Manager

core responsibilities

  • Guest communication calendar planning: Support guest communication manager to design communication strategy and plan, coordinating with various departments to ensure design and outcome suits the best for our business and goals.
  • Communication execution: Partner with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to collect, brief, get alignment, and produce guest-facing content.
  • Guest communication performance tracking: Continuous tracking performance for improvement and optimization both from communication channels and tagging selection
  • Collaboration with retail with WeCom operation SOP/guidelines building 

qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with major in business-related is preferred
  • 2+ years working experience in brand, digital or guest communication, WeChat operation experience is preferred
  • Creative mindset and proactive problem-solving attitude, curious about the latest trends/best practices in guest communication
  • Skilled in both written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office and good presentation skill
