about this team

The eCommerce Marketplace team is a core function of the eCommerce team in China, driving sustainable business excellence across all marketplace channels, including Tmall, JD.com and Douyin stores. This team is leading business growth with elevation on brand awareness, optimization on operation, enhancement on guest experience and strategic partnership with platforms. 

core responsibilities

The main responsibility of this role is to collaborate closely with ecommerce marketplace business owners to execute the media plan that can boost the EC growth and work with brand media team to support campaign success.

  • Manage paid traffic generation to secure the delivery of ecommerce commercial ambition
  • Plan and execute continuously optimization of the ROI across different traffic sources (search, paid, exchanged, etc.)
  • Monitor and optimize online paid traffic, search, revenue, target segmentations and ROI performance
  • Work with EC Marketplace operation team to provide performance tracking report
  • Follow up with project timeline closely, clear communication and status update, also agile adaptation and changes based on real execution or challenges
  • Establish, monitor and analyze key performance indicators with a data-driven, result-oriented approach.

qualifications

  • 5 & above years’ experience in a global retail environment (e-commerce and digital marketing)
  • Must be skilled at using analytics to drive decision-making
  • Experience working with Tmall, JD.com and Douyin platform
  • Knowledge of the tools, methods and approaches that are driving higher conversion rates, increased average order value and acquisition techniques
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
