Ecommerce Guest Engagement Manager

core responsibilities
The main responsibility of this role is to drive the growth of eCommerce guest by synthesizing brand strategy with eCommerce guest journey optimization, from daily traffic acquisition to lifelong engagement.
key responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and eCommerce business team to develop eCommerce guest growth strategy for Tmall, JD.com and Douyin platforms, from traffic acquisition to guest retention and lifelong loyalty
• Optimize guest journey on marketplace platforms to ensure efficient and scalable traffic management and guest engagement
• Manage and continuously improve key metrics for digital media and membership, make clear media plan to enhance member assets
• Identify market emerging trends to execute innovative plans to create new growth opportunities
• Work together with channel owners to make sure they fully understand project objectives and communicate at the right time with the right
• Set relevant and trackable KPIs based on each project objective, always equipped with a result-driven mindset when making decisions asset to maximize brand exposure and commercial results
qualifications
• 8 & above years’ experience in a global retail environment (e-commerce and digital marketing)
• Must be skilled at using analytics to drive decision-making
• Experience working with Tmall, JD.com and Douyin platform
• Experience of driving creative CRM initiatives in China digital space
• Knowledge of the tools, methods and approaches that are driving higher conversion rates, increased average order value and acquisition techniques
• Expertise in loyalty techniques and cross-channel analytics and measurement
• Proven relationship management experience
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
