core responsibilities

We are looking for a PR Manager to support PR campaigns, events, and other earned media initiatives within the lifestyle category. This position will be based in Shanghai and report to the Senior PR Manager. This role will drive earned media impact through compelling storytelling, culturally relevant activations, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

  • Develop and implement PR strategies for lifestyle initiatives, including integrated campaigns, product launches, high-impact events, and product communications.
  • Shape compelling narratives around products and trends in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify meaningful cultural moments for product activations that align with the overall strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key editors, stylists, tastemakers, influencers, and fashion insiders.
  • Manage media outreach, pitching, and interview opportunities for designers and talents.
  • Support team operations, including PR sample management, planning, and reporting. 


qualifications

  • 5-7 years of dynamic experience in PR; retail experience is preferred
  • Track records of strategic planning, managing and executing brand PR campaigns that resonate with Chinese guests
  • Have a keen understanding of the media and social landscapes in China
  • Solid experience in managing talent and press relationships
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • Constant and curious learner; always looking at new ways to innovate in this space
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Strong advisory and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
