About This Team
The role of Senior Manager, Ecommerce Operation, Own Channel will be based at lululemon’s China Store Support
Center (SSC) in Shanghai, dedicated to the long-term development and growth of lululemon in China.

A day in the life:
Senior manager, Ecommerce operations – own channel will be a key member of lululemon China
Ecommerce team, overseeing the operations for own channel including .cn site, Wecaht store,
Mini-program store, which is the most important business growth engine and digital asset for
lululemon China Ecommerce channel.
Responsible for China Ecommerce own channel P&L, driving top line sales and managing costs
while delivering both best in the world product and digital experience to our guests.
Be pivotal in seeing our strategic initiatives come to life online and across platforms of own
channel. Be the key driver in creating and driving the 1-3 years strategic vision for growing
lululemon China’s private domain Ecommerce business.
Support China Omni-channel initiatives and lead Ecommerce’s integration with offline retail stores.
Work with internal teams (marketing, teachnology, product, retail, fulfilment) to implement
strategies and deliver continuous improvement of the end to end guest experience across our
own channel’s different platforms.
Responsible for managing the strategy, planning, analytics, and optimization of each own
channel’s platform.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Deliver China Ecommerce own channel business target.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of own channel operation team to ensure excellent
guest experience and satisfaction, adherence to standard operating procedures, and high
efficienct completion of tasks.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and seek improvement opportunities with front end (PDP
content management, site performance and etc) and back end (fulfillment, customer service
and etc) operations.
• Partner with UI/UX designer, creative & digital marketing, technology teams to prioritize
features, analyze data, and ensure requirements are effectively captured in final design.
• Manage Omni-channel initiatives such as virtual shelf, buy online ship/pick from store and
etc.
• Leverage data and analytics to track site performance and recommend changes as needed.
• Make decision and solve problems by analyzing information and evaluating results to
optimize guest experience.
• Collaborate with technology team on system functionality as well as system improvements.

Qualifications:
? Minimum 12+ years expererience in Ecommerce operations and 2+ years own channel
management.
? Deep understanding of DTC private domain, a highly-analytics mindset, and extenstive
knowledge of the technical levers, processes, and trading actions that can be harnessed to
deliver both top-line revenue growth as well tight control of costs to deliver maximum
contribution to China Ecommerce P&L
? Experience across both front and back end operations with deep expertise.
? Familiar with Wechat eco-system operations and Ecommerce business model.
? Project management experience and strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize
workloads.
? Strong collaboration skills and experience building relationships across departments.
? Experience in apparel or sportwear preferred
