The Role / Location
The role of Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics will be based at lululemon’s China SSC in Shanghai, dedicated to the long-term development and growth of lululemon in China.

Job Summary:
The Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics will take part in establishing and enhancing the data analytics
and insights capabilities within China. This role will focus on developing and implementing data-driven
strategies to support business operations and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Strategy & Process
- Assist in defining and developing the business intelligence and data analytics strategy for China.
- Implement processes to ensure effective data-driven business operations.
- Translate business data into actionable insights to drive strategy and operations.
Business Reporting and Analysis
- Develop and maintain enterprise-level business reporting and visualization tools.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytical methodologies.
- Assist in developing impactful storytelling presentations to effectively communicate insights.
- Expert in data visualization techniques to create clear and compelling visual representations of data.
- Perform data mining across different database sources to uncover insights and trends.
- Conduct detailed analysis on critical business topics using advanced statistical methods and machine
learning techniques.
- Communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support new report and dashboard requirements for key initiatives and projects, as needed
- Create and maintain documentation for data models, reports, and processes
Insights Consultancy & Partnership
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
- Promote the use of data, advanced analytics, and strategic insights to solve problems and inform
business decisions.
- Work closely with x-functional business teams to ensure actionable recommendations are based on
gathered insights.

- Foster a strong data analytics community and build data literacy within the organization.
- Partner with stakeholders to contribute to the data governance approach for China.
- Upskill functional teams in the use of relevant dashboards and platforms.

Qualifications:
1. 6+ years of experience in a business intelligence, data analytics, or data consultancy role within a global
retail environment.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant
amounts of data.
3. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
4. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data mining techniques.
5. Strong business, commercial, and financial acumen.
6. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
7. Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various
organizational levels in both Chinese and English.
8. Experience in training and developing teams in data literacy and analytics tools.
