core responsibilities

  • Acting as Business Analyst for Order Management System
  • Find out best solution according to business roadmap and priority requirements
  • Identify recurring issues and work with partners to provide temporary and permanent solutions
  • Participate on complex design, architecture, and implementation to achieve optimal architecture roadmaps based on long term business strategy
  • Closely work with Finance partners to Ensures to meet timely, efficiently, and effectively all reporting requirements
  • Ongoing support for the incidents/errors and call out handling from stakeholders
  • Be the front line of Technology department for business users in terms of the issues raised by NA team such as project, change request, issue resolution
  • Perform project management which manage timeline, quality, and budget by yourself
  • Optimize process and system via Lean tools and digital ways to improve working efficiency for increasing internal and external clients ‘satisfaction level


qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Order management system, eCommerce operations and supply chain process, experience in designing and architecting solutions on OMS is preferred
  • Ability to understand issues and system errors from a technical standpoint
  • Experience in partnering with business users and other Technology team members to design and implement system
  • Project/Vender management experience.
  • Understanding/Experience Agile methodology and DevOps concept & its processes
  • Knowledge of IT project management, such as Fit/Gap analysis, design review and software testing review
  • With a strong sense of responsibilities and ownership
  • Basic Database/ Web Application / WeChat mini-program knowledge, well use SQL script will be a plus
  • Good communication skills
  • Good team player and willingness to work under pressure
  • Fluent written and oral English
