core responsibilities

  • 搭建并优化客服团队(售前、售后、投诉等)的培训体系,包括新员工入职培训、在职提升培训等,制定年度/季度/月度培训计划,并推动落地执行。
  • 根据业务需求(如新产品上线、流程变更、高发客诉问题),独立开发培训课件,形式包括但不限于PPT、视频、话术手册、实操演练脚本。
  • 将枯燥的规则话术转化为生动易懂的案例教学,确保员工吸收及掌握。
  • 负责在职员工的日常质检及后续针对性的提升培训,针对质检中发现的共性问题进行专项辅导。
  • 建立培训考核机制(笔试、情景模拟等),跟踪培训后的数据变化(如满意度、响应时长、一次性解决率)。
  • 定期与质检部门、客服主管沟通,收集培训需求,改进培训内容。
  • 挖掘优秀客服的经典案例,将其提炼为标准话术或流程并推广。

 

qualifications

  • 大专及以上学历,2年以上客服团队培训经验
  • 中英文流利,可作为工作语言
  • 对电商业务熟悉,了解电商平台客服工具,具备快速学习新产品的能力。
  • 卓越的表达能力,语言表达富有感染力,逻辑清晰,控场能力强。能够将理论知识与实际工作场景结合。
  • 有一定数据分析能力,能看懂客服团队的基础数据指标,并能通过数据反推培训重点。
  • 良好的抗压性
