about this team

The Store Development team spearheads the company’s brick and mortar growth through the acquisition, design, construction and maintenance of new stores. While helping our organization expand its footprint in China, we are also responsible for keeping internal stakeholders closely informed as we become a truly global company. 

 

core responsibilities

With the fastest growing fleet in the company, there is constant administrative work to be done around our new and existing stores. Project Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the Store Development Department and greater organization runs as efficiently and compliantly as possible.  


Daily work and responsibilities include:  

  • Assist construction team on venders management in terms of contract filing, information collection, cost control, performance review by working with external consultant agency     
  • Support construction manager better deal with venders invoice on the system and closely follow up payment schedule in order to align with company strategy and related data from accounting department
  • Update the project basic information by closely working with construction and facility team  
  • Manage construction asset inventory in terms of reuse, recycle, logistics, etc 
  • Visualize construction related data by closely working with construction lead and external agency  
  • Collect related data and final account information from Security, IT, Marketing and Operations for each project in order to have a whole picture on project capex spending    

 

qualifications

  • Fluent written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English 
  • University Degree holder preferred  
  • Previous accounting and/or lease administration related work experience preferred 
  • Versed in Microsoft Office, particularly strong in Excel

  • A genuine interest in the fields of Store Development and Accounting

  • A proactive and intuitive approach to problem solving
