We're responsible for all aspects of Asset Protection impact in the regions, partners, and business units. The Asset Protection Manager will help design and lead the China field asset protection initiatives, that focus on protecting our people and assets in assigned areas, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, while educating store teams on ways to minimize safety or security related incidents

 

core responsibilities

The lululemon Asset Protection role is dedicated to safeguarding our people, products, and facilities. We believe that our people are our most valuable asset, and their safety is our top priority.

  • Implement a Risk-Based Program:Develop and implement a comprehensive asset protection program, grounded in security best practices and aligned with lululemon's global culture, for both retail operations and AP strategy.
  • Collaborate with Teams:Work closely with the Greater China AP team and retail stakeholders to implement and uphold retail standards.
  • Coordinate Regional Resources:Act as a liaison between China and regional teams to allocate resources that meet regional retail needs.
  • Manage Local AP Operations:Oversee all local AP functions, including new store opening security, device. handovers, fraud investigations, regional training, store security audits, shrinkage control, and unexpected incident management.
  • Lead and Influence:Proactively lead security initiatives and provide influential asset protection.
  • guidance on cross-departmental projects, particularly those related to people, products, and facilities.

 

qualifications

  • Over 8 years’ working experience in retail industry with last least 3 years in retail operations, risk or loss preventions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written (English & Mandarin).
  • Formal Interview and Interrogation training, (preferred WZ.).
  • Ability to manage complex projects and delegate?Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
  • Strong computer skills – MS office.
  • Willingness and availability to travel (approx. 50%).
