ABOUT THIS TEAM

The Team is responsible for building up data, planning and analytics capabilities within Retail Operations team, and collaborate within Retail Operations and Retail Performance team, as well as with cross functional partners to turn insights into actions to support business growth in China.


A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Work closely with FP&A as well as retail team to track sales plans.
  • Support to build financial modelling to forecast the quantitative impact of pilots and strategic projects.
  • Work closely as a community with Business Planning & Operations, Tech, and other counterparts in various functions to build up data & analytics awareness across the company
  • Cascade business financial plan down to store merchandise plan in franchise level and work with merchandising planning team in assortment analytic for seasonal buying strategy and execution. 
  • Lead and influence in cross functional working groups, especially the Product / Brand Marketing / VM to ensure that the product needs of stores are well-considered.
  • Identify areas for cross functional collaboration with local/global SSC Partners to drive/consult around new product operations processes alongside refining existing processes. Execute change to remove unnecessary work from stores and optimize processes and efficiency.
  • Provide options and impacts to cross functional stakeholders and decision makers with clear recommendations regarding in-store Product management.
  • Develop retail SOP and implement new processes to support new product launch or operation strategy.
  • Proactively work with local stakeholders to develop a routine Product launch battleplan and Retail Enrollment on regular basis, improve the product management level.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years experience in retail and relevant roles
  • University graduates preferably in statistics, business, operations, or related discipline
  • Advanced level Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros)
  • Strong ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skill in both Mandarin and English
  • Proficient in Windows based software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
