A day in the life
CREATIVE OVERSIGHT
Oversee creative project from concept to delivery localize the global concept and creative assets
Develop presentation approaches, styles and techniques to deliver high quality work on time and on budget
Apply typography, image and treatment techniques
Drive work against defined timelines and facilitate progress
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
Develop campaign creative, original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials
Design & Support Visual Center creation (Global/Regional)
Have a firm awareness of current visual and cultural trends
Translate complex ideas into focused design and creative narratives
Refine concepts, images, typography and layouts
Participate in cross-functional ideation sessions
MANAGEMENT
Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
Review and problem solve timelines and resource needs with team and manager to ensure delivery of creative on time and on budget
Lead and mentor creative team members
Qualifications
5 Years related working experience, agency or client-side experience
BA, BFA Arts/Fine Arts
Excellent Verbal & Written Skills (creative and comms)
Well-versed in current creative software
Experienced in Photoshoot Art Direction
Exceptional typographic, layout and prototyping skills
High level of production skill and expertise
Excellent Presentation Skills & High EQ
Interpersonal Skills
Oversee project budget and timeline
Excellent organizational & time management skills
