The lululemon Guest Development team is mandated to cultivate deep, lifelong relationships with guests by delivering personalized, data-informed experiences across every touchpoint. Their core goals are to increase guest lifetime value and long-term brand loyalty by blending relevance with the brand’s ethos of connection and well-being.
core responsibilities
• Guest Communication Calendar Integration & Agency Briefing
Support the Guest Communication Manager integrating the communication calendar based on strategy and plan, and brief agencies to drive execution.
• Communication Content Planning & Execution
Partner with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to gather inputs, brief, align, and produce guest-facing content. Build strong product knowledge to elevate content quality. Work closely with the retail team to ensure WeCom execution under the manager’s guidance.
• Communication Results Tracking & Optimization
Track results after each communication approach and provide data to support the manager in optimizing performance
qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above with major in business-related is preferred
- 3+ years working experience in CRM or guest communication, Private domain operation or WeCom operation experience is preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks responsibly
- Creative mindset and proactive problem-solving attitude, curious about the latest trends/best practices in guest communication
- Skilled in both written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office and good presentation skills
