FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. core responsibilities

The senior financial analyst is responsible for the planning cycle including strategic plan, annual operating plan and monthly rolling forecast in addition to maintain an eye on key business drivers through detailed data analysis and delivering dashboards and commentary to business leaders.

  • Provide monthly and quarterly analytics and commentary on Ecommerce performance
  • Lead revenue and cost planning and performance management for Ecommerce
  • Prepare business review reports and deliverables
  • Proactively partner with business team to identify the risk and opportunities vs forecast
  • Leverage Power BI to gain deeper insights into business dynamics and the connection between operations and financial performance
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and ad-hoc projects to provide financial analysis for decision-making support

 

qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
  • 8-12 years professional experience in business, finance or FP&A
  • Experience with budgeting, planning and performance management
  • Professional accounting designation ideal, and not required
  • Experience with Hyperion, Power BI is an asset
  • Ability to build, analyze and interpret complex financial reports and projections in MS Excel
