热汗生活小程序已经成为lululemon线上重要的销售渠道，越来越多的客人通过热汗生活小程序了解我们的产品。我们希望Digital Educator能和线上的客人建立联结，提供专业的产品知识讲解。
core responsibilities
- 接待热汗生活小程序进线的客人咨询，解决客人售前售后相关的问题。达成满意度、平均响应时长、对话质检等重要服务指标。
- 邀请线上客人加入到热汗小程序的企微，通过企微和客人建立长期的联结，完成线上企微的日常运营。
- 拍摄产品、穿搭等相关素材，通过企微群、朋友圈等方式，为客人提供穿搭灵感和商品或活动资讯。
- 引导客人达成准确和及时的交易（如销售、退货、换货等），推进积极的客人体验，完成热汗小程序企微设定的销售指标。
- 通过不断完善lululemon产品知识，提升线上服务流程，能为客人提供专业的产品知识讲解，及一站式解决方案，并及时将客人的声音反馈给公司。
- 和线上团队共同合作，为线上客人建立良好的购物体验。
qualifications
- 1年以上零售或电商相关工作经验
- 高效的执行力和团队配合能力、具有目标感
- 强烈的探索欲与学习能力，愿意接受挑战、喜欢创新，可以适应快节奏、多变的平台属性，注重个人能力迭代成长
- 具备出色的表达能力 ，反应敏捷，具备临场应变力
