About this team and role
Ecommerce Merchandising and Product Marketing team will create and manage the China Ecommerce team’s merchandising strategy for all product categories. 
Responsible for the successful assortment, that guarantees growth and delivers sales, gross margin, and inventory productivity goals of Ecommerce channel.
Responsible for strategic assortment planning, determining locally relevant assortments and being a competitive market expert for China Ecommerce channel.
Responsible for delivering China Ecommerce financial targets by successfully managing the product lifecycle and go to market process of all product categories on all Ecommerce platforms (Tmall, JD, WeChat, Mini-Program, Douyin and etc.) through effective teamwork and partnership with China Product team, fulfilment team and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Manager to generate product strategy and assortment architecture for EC own channel & Douyin platform based on different business model and guest’s profiling.
- Initiate Douyin monthly assortment pool and deep engaged with 3rd party agency & educators on Douyin daily mix and match and continuously output insights.
- To create strategic product insights and opportunity through deep data analysis and E-market survey.
- Performance results checking across different channel to identify platform product differentiation strategy.
- Proactively collect and drive insights from different Ecommerce platform’s knowledge and competitive landscape across platforms.

Qualifications:
-  At least > 5Y relevant working experiences
- Curious about truth and could work independently & proactively.
- Data driven & analytic skill
- Good Excel and PPT capability
-  Art and sciences capability balance
- Written English is ok to communicate through mail
