About this team
Based in Shanghai, reporting to the Distribution Manager, this position is to ensure a smooth and efficient running of our 3rd party logistics supplier operated DC for omni-channel fulfillment, which includes but not limited to retail, digital and strategic sales.

A day in the life:
• Coordinate for accurate forecast and manage DC inbound receiving in an efficient way
• Monitor outbound performance for products fulfilled to served stores and all channels
• Ensure store pullback and E-commerce return are in good manner
• Value added service management satisfy China market requirement/emergent response for any exceptional rework issue
• Cross-function connection, exchange experience and impact with great negotiation skills
• Manage the non-merchandise flow for channels upon business requirements like hangers, Mannequins, boxes.,etc
• Build-up a smooth network to link among DC&China fulfillments&retail&Ecoms for better effective connection
• Report any discrepancy and handle it in a way complied with company policies
• Support new store opening, store fixtures and supplies delivery arrangement
• Keep seeking any opportunity to upgrade the DC operation and deliver the better performance to benefit our served store and guest
• Verify and submit billing for 3rd party supplier cost
• Other duties and projects may be assigned

Qualifications:
• Degree or diploma in business administration, operations management, supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in self‐managed or 3PL distribution center and logistics operations, within the apparel retail distribution environment of both offline & online order fulfillment experience is preferred
• Understanding of warehouse management system and RMS
• Good time management skill
• Ability to think “outside of the box,” enjoy challenges and is solutions‐oriented
• Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Strong sensitivity of the cost&lead-time&efficiency
• Higher risk evaluation ability
• Good skills in MS tools and reporting tools
