A DAY IN THE LIFE

·       Manage projects of all types of China NSO & Optimizations (remodels of existing stores, POP-UPs) in a manner consistent with lululemon standards, and in accordance to planned project timelines

·       Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to get alignment and hold them accountable to meet milestones

·       Identify and mitigate risks in projects and escalate where necessary

·       Responsible for new store setup, incl. but not limited to back of house strategy, training on new store team, turnover onsite support, cash delivery arrangement, procurement needs, etc.

·       Implement and optimize the process and toolkits in real time for sustainable and scalable plans

·       Build and maintain our internal intranet (Youlu) NSO page for clear communication for Store Managers and store team and increate business efficiency

·       Manage store listing (lululemon official website in Asia and google) for all new stores

·       Facilitate two-way communications by acting as the go-to person between the SSC and stores to follow up with action executions and seek feedback

QUALIFICATIONS

·       University graduates preferably in business, operations, or related discipline

·       Minimum 2 year of in retail and/or FMCG industry or experience as a Key Leader

·       Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while operating under tight time constraints

·       Resourceful and a high level of initiative

·       Motivated self-starter with highly collaborative attitude

·       Excellent written an oral communications skill in both Mandarin and English

·       Proficient in Windows based software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

·       Ability to travel including overnight as required
