This role will bring to life both global and regional campaigns as well as deliver in-store product and brand communication strategies. The role will locate in Shanghai.

Reporting Structure

Reporting to Senior Manager, Retail Brand Experience.
Job Summary:
This role will oversee the planning and execution for all campaign go-to-market within our store environments in China.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

With a clear understanding of our store differentiation strategy, develop in-store content trafficking plans to powerfully deliver brand and product story telling in a powerful way, remaining consistent with the overall creative direction and the visual merchandising strategy. 

Leverage our in store real estate and touchpoints including windows/signages/lightboxes/brand screens/ mirrors, leading all in store asset planning, development, and installation -overseeing an on time and on budget delivery.  

Work with key brand leadership and creative partners, vendors, and market leaders to bring to life always on, campaign and product storytelling moments. 

Own the signage strategy for 365 and seasonal in store product communications.

Work in graphic applications e.g., Adobe Suite to create proposals for key partner/leader alignment and build toolkits for execution.

Execute procurement process of global VM elements e.g., mannequins, signage, hardware.



Qualifications:

8-10 years’ experience in visual merchandising, campaign management, or graphic/media design role

Experience working in retail, apparel experience preferred 

Experience working with vendors and managing budgets + deadlines 

Proficiency in graphic applications e.g., Adobe Suite

Experience in project management preferred
