About social editorial team

We’re looking for a Content
Producer to create best-in-the-world content for our lululemon social channels. You understand how to balance guest insight, channel best practices, and key performance metrics, to drive content development and performance across channels. You work cross-functionally, partnering with various teams (Social, Creative, PR, Ambassador, RBCM) to source and develop content from various creators. You are on the pulse of the digital landscape and local community— you’re connected to the most inspiring and up-and-coming people and places including studios, ambassadors, and influencers. You’ll proactively use your local knowledge and your passion for storytelling to produce beautiful, meaningful content that inspires our guests to live #thesweatlife. You will ensure that all outputs leverage brand guidelines to inspire, entertain and educate.

A day in the life: what you’ll do

  • Develop and execute creative concepts that answer briefs from social editorial team, to be leveraged across lululemon social channels and beyond.
  • 80% of your time will aim at photo, short form videos and live-stream content for DouYin and 20% of long form video content for various purpose including internal communication content, event content capture, etc.
  • Manage all aspects of production including budget tracking, scheduling, casting, location scouting, styling, shoot execution, payment and invoicing
  • Ensure projects deliver on time, on budget and are in line with social strategy and brand guideline.
  • Maintain a robust freelance database, leveraging and managing relationships (Influencers, Ambassadors, and Educators) to support in daily work
  • You partner with local community partners to foster and develop deep relationships with online and offline influencers, who are healthy, sweaty and mindful
  • You stay on the pulse of trends and conversation, constantly innovating the way we work and the content we produce concepting and executing a creative brief
  • Ability to create high-quality social content on an iPhone
  • Experience with local photographers/videographers—sourcing, briefing
  • You understand the ever-evolving world of social media—platforms, capabilities, and measure of success
  • Degree in Social Media / Marketing preferred.
  • Alt education in Creative and Content Production (film school)

  • At least 5-8 years social media/production experience, including both original creatives.
  • Content creation for DouYin top tier Influencers experience will be a plus.
  • Sports content production experience will also be a plus.
  • Good command at Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel/ Apple Pages.
  • Can do basic EN communication.
