Reporting Structure
Reporting to Senior Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Assistant Brand Manager to support China Product Campaign and Weekly Sales Campaigns (Weeklies) 
Support the delivery of the Global Apparel Playbook to guide consistent presentation and experience across the regions, allowing for regionalization and localization as needed.
Responsible for delivering the brand experiences, tools and in store communications to launch, grow, and sustain the always-on product communication for lululemon throughout the guest journey online and offline. 
Strong understanding of China digital and social platforms and getting guests insights in order to servicing and storytelling core franchises, hero items, seasonal newness, product innovation across all channels (physical/ virtual, social and virtual), including bringing to life this category in our point of sales.
Influence in cross functional working groups and drive weekly campaign status meeting, to track working status and connect functional co-related working elements cross-functionally, by building campaign milestones, meeting status agenda, minutes and take follow-up actions to advance campaign progress 
Manage content trafficking by developing and implementing annual content flow dashboard across all marketing channels regularly, to ensure contents on each channel are strategically planned.
Maintain and update master campaign calendar, with integrating China brand initiatives & projects’ production schedule, AOP, internal moments etc., as a tool to secure and plan resources and manpower. 

Qualifications:
6-8 years marketing experience in apparel retail industry
Strong brand and product management experience with sound achievement on managing product marketing campaigns with complex team and channel matrix
Excellent communications skills that can liaise with multiple stakeholders while driving project progress
Strong ownership, Proactive and positive mindset, who is solution seeker 
Excellent written and speaking English and Chinese skills 
Team player who can strongly connect with all functions 
Proactive and positive mindset 
Detailed oriented and logical thinking, able to multi-projects
